clean stay with great breakfast

cute owner early check-in helpful service fine breakfast
i found the owner, kelly, very cute and friendly. she really put me at ease, especially since it was my first time traveling alone with my child. the hotel allowed us to check in early, helpful since my daughter needed to get to her dance competition. the breakfast was fine (i loved the fresh fruit!).
The shower cubicle door didn't shut completely. I was concerned the tray might overflow as i waited for the water to reach temperature.

The breakfast included a variety of cereal, fresh fruits, jams, pastries, cheeses, and meat. It was great. fresh filtered coffee and tea were available. fruit juices, and all was included in the price of the stay.

the room was big enough for me and my little one, so it was very convenient. it was decorated and styled well. the bed was comfortable and big (perfect for both of us).

A Romantic Getaway

friendly staff clean room fluffy towels
The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the Comfort Triple Room was lovely! I appreciated the fresh flowers at the reception. Check-in was efficient, and the professional staff helped me. I felt at home thanks to the fresh, clean bed linen and excellent fluffy towels.
The room faced the street, and I noticed street noise at night. It was a small issue, though the rest of the stay was perfect.

A good stay!

friendly owners modernised room lovely breakfast
The owners were cute and remembered small details. They remembered details about guests at breakfast. Breakfast had plenty of choices. The food arrived hot, and the coffee tasted lovely. The rooms were tidy. modernisation was evident throughout. The bed felt wonderfully comfy.
The room felt a bit small. It could be difficult for more than one person to move around comfortably.

Breakfast choices were very good staff were friendly and helpful
I found the stair carpet dirty and the hall stair runners filthy with dust the same dirt and debris remained on the carpets for two days the table linen was badly marked and creased

Really good Stay, A Truly Cute Experience

unbelievable hospitality many choices convenient location
The staff demonstrated unbelievable hospitality. They anticipated needs. The breakfast included many choices. The hotel is near main attractions (I visited the central pier). Our room had complimentary tea and biscuits, a super nice touch after a long day.
The shower was a little tricky to figure out at first, but I quickly got the hang of it.

The host was very cute, going the extra mile to ensure a seamless stay. The team was excellent and friendly, and I don't think you will find better in the area. They were also helpful with directions.

muffin shortage breakfast disaster
The location was good. It was very close to attractions.
The breakfast experience was REALLY bad. The waitress messed up my order and gave it to another couple. They then RAN out of muffins, so I had to change my order entirely. The toast was missing too. It was a mess, I am frustrated.
